The execution of AVK Sports India Pvt. Ltd. and its social initiative, the Prajakta Foundation, is strategically designed in three phases to ensure steady growth, sustainable operations, and measurable social impact. 

Execution Plan

Company Formation & Brand Launch

  • Register AVK Sports India Pvt. Ltd. under the Companies Act. 
  • Secure trademarks and IP rights for the brands "Evolution" and "Prajakta" under the Indian Trademarks Registry. 

Product & Apparel Development

  • Finalize manufacturing partner(s) in India for electronics, sensors, and wearable assembly. 
  • Onboard vendors and textile suppliers for sports apparel and gear. 

Prajakta Pilot Athlete Batch (20–30 Girls) :

  • Conduct assessment camps in selected districts with support from local government: 
  • Movement screening (FMS) 
  • HR recovery testing using Evolution devices 
  • Jump tests, flexibility scores, and physical literacy evaluations 

Outreach & Awareness Programs :

  • Launch the "She Deserves Sport" campaign focusing on: 
  • Breaking stereotypes around girls in sport 
  • Showcasing stories of rural girl athletes 
  • Encouraging parents to support daughters in sports 
  • Conduct educational workshops on: 

Product Launch & Commercialization :

  • Officially launch Evolution HRM devices with live demos, case studies, and testimonials from beta athletes. 
  • Conduct a PR campaign targeting sports academies, federations, and fitness influencers.

Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and CSR Engagement

Expand Anagha Foundation Operations

    • Onboard 100+ girls across 10 tribal districts using Phase II’s selection blueprint. 
    • Set up regional training clusters with mini high-performance centres. 
    • Introduce a scholarship program covering: 
    • Monthly nutrition and stipend 
    • Full education and residential support (in collaboration with KGBV or tribal residential schools) 
    • Deploy Mobile Sports Science Units: 
    • Traveling vans equipped with physio beds, HRM readers, first-aid, and testing kits 
    • Staffed by a physio, strength coach, and community mentor
